The Map House is available year round on a short-term basis. Check the calendar below for up-to-date availability and rates, or send us an email at maphousewellfleet@gmail.com with your preferred dates.
Our Summer season is usually sold out before many of our neighbors. Our busy season starts in May and runs through “second summer” in the second half of September and October.
Summer stays are weekly only, Saturday to Saturday. In the shoulder seasons there is a four night minimum; inquire for nightly rates. Winters are available with a four night minimum, with steeply discounted rates for multi-month stays, based on occupancy and duration of stay. Monthly guests are prioritized.
We open following-year bookings up on a rolling basis — guests have a week after their stay to reserve the same time the following year.
We know it seems ridiculous to suggest booking almost a year in advance, but the Map House has been in high demand and we do prioritize returning guests who have treated the house well.
